Karan A. Khemlani was born in Daytona Beach, Florida, and earned his B.A. from the University of Central Florida in 2018. He went on to receive his J.D. from New England Law | Boston in 2023, where he also earned a Certificate in Taxation. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2025.

Although Karan never initially envisioned practicing in the area of condominium and homeowners’ association law, he quickly discovered a genuine interest in the field. He enjoys the dynamic nature of association law and the opportunity it offers to work closely with communities while navigating complex legal issues.

Outside of the office, Karan enjoys staying active. He’s an avid pickleball player and finds regular exercise essential to maintaining both physical and mental focus. Whether on the court or in the gym, he brings the same energy and discipline to his hobbies as he does to his legal practice.
