MATTHEW A. PARKS

Karan A. Khemlani was born in Daytona Beach, Florida, and earned his B.A. from the University of Central Florida in 2018. He went on to receive his J.D. from New England Law | Boston in 2023, where he also earned a Certificate in Taxation. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2025.

Matthew A. Parks was born in Waco, Texas, February 21, 1997. He earned his B.S. in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in business from the University of Texas A&M in 2019. He then attended Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center to obtain his J.D. and D.C.L., in 2023. After law school, Matthew moved to Florida and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2025.

Matthew has discovered that is previous skills in scientific analysis and problem solving have transitioned well into the rapidly changing legal environment of Condominium and Homeowners Association law. Where he was once in a laboratory preforming complex chemical reactions and analysis, he now deals with the complex intricacies of Association law and utilizes the same step-by-step analysis process he learned in his study of the sciences.

Outside of the practice of law, Matthew is an avid golfer and enjoys quiet nights at home with his dogs and family.
